Autumn Pasta is the recipe of the month. This recipe is a secret weapon for the mom who wants healthier choices made easy. Autumn Pasta is a vegetable mixture of green peppers, sweet potatoes, and tomatoes flavored with just the right blend of spices served over a bed of pasta.  These veggies make this meal rich in vitamin A and vitamin C.  By using whole wheat pasta, it is a good source of dietary fiber.
