Tai chi is an easy, low-impact activity that is fun for all ages and is good for people who have joint pain, arthritis, or are looking for an easy way to be more active. It is a flexible activity and can be as easy or challenging as you choose.
With the constant changes in weather it can be hard to stick to a physical activity schedule. Tai chi is great because it can be practiced inside or outside. It can be done on your own time too!
Tai chi is an activity that is characterized by slow movements and different postures. It can be practiced in groups or alone. Tai chi is an easy way to get up and move and has a lot of benefits too!
Some of the benefits of tai chi include:
- Increased strength, balance, and flexibility
- Can be practiced by all ages
- Doesn’t require any special equipment or clothing – just wear some of your loose fitting clothes and go for it!
