INFUSED-WATER: IT'S COOL

Join Shape Your Future and RETHINK YOUR DRINK to the cool new trend, infused-water. Sugar-sweetened beverages, like sodas, sports drinks, energy drinks, and fruit juices, are loaded with sugar and empty calories. People want healthier drinks with fewer calories and simpler ingredients. Infused-water offers just that. Made with just fruit or herbs, it is a fresh drink that will keep you cool.

Infused-water is available in stores but you can make your own. Not only will you save $$$, you will also have the confidence of knowing what is in it. Infused-water can be flavored with everything from citrus fruits to garden herbs or even spicy jalapeño peppers. Another great infused-water flavor are fresh peaches and blackberries available now at Oklahoma Farmers' Markets.
