Star Spangled Banner Parfait
If you are feeling especially patriotic this 4th of July, we have a special, red, white, and blue treat for you. It is a no-brainer - just layer yogurt with red and blue fruit. We used strawberries and blueberries. Yum.
Here is our easy to follow recipe.
Star Spangled Banner Parfait Servings: 4
- 3 cups nonfat plain Greek
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups granola
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- In a large bowl mix 3 cups yogurt and 1/2 cup honey until combined.
- Divide yogurt and other ingredients evenly among 4 parfait cups: 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup granola
- Continue layering: 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup granola
