ONIE takes pride in creating healthy recipes for families to enjoy. Some of these recipes are featured on our nutrition calendar, which is distributed statewide. All ONIE recipes are all online at Our promise to you is that every ONIE recipe is quick, healthy & tasty. Don’t believe us? Here are the top ten reasons why we think you will love our recipes!

1. Family-friendly recipes: We aim to create recipes the whole family will love. Whether that is a new idea or classic with healthy twists, our recipes are quick and tasty!
2. Few ingredients – We keep our ingredient list simple! Most ingredients are common household foods or easily found in the store!
3. Simple recipe steps: We streamline the preparation steps to make them easy. No fancy tools needed! We use the fewest amount of dishes possible. We hate doing dishes too!
