ONIE Project: Power Through Resistance Exercise Plans

The ONIE Project in coordination with Sisters in Motion of Oklahoma created a the Power through Resistance fitness program to encourage women to become healthier. The fitness program is an innovative hands-on physical activity group designed for adult women of all ages. The activities include power walking and group resistance band training. No level of fitness or previous experience is required to participate.
