Fresh Tomato Herb Salad
3 large ripe tomatoes
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
2 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Cut tomatoes into wedges & put in a large bowl.
In small bowl, combine oil, vinegar & herbs. Mix well.
Stir in oil mixture with tomatoes.
Top with cheese & serve immediately!
