Fresh Tomato Herb Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
  •  2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Cut tomatoes into wedges & put in a large bowl.
  2. In small bowl, combine oil, vinegar & herbs. Mix well.
  3. Stir in oil mixture with tomatoes.
  4. Top with cheese & serve immediately!
