Homemade Tortilla Chips
Non-stick cooking spray
24 (6-inch) corn tortillas, cut into quarters
1 Tbsp chili powder
In a large skillet, lightly coat with cooking spray. Heat over medium high. Add tortillas & coat with cooking spray & chili powder.
Cook each side 2 minutes or until lightly browned & cirspy.
Remove from heat let cool before serving. Serve with
