1 lb lean 90/10 ground beef
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
6 small red potatoes, diced
1 (12 oz) bag baby carrots, sliced
1 medium onion, diced
5 stalks celery, diced
Preheat oven to 450°F.
In a large bowl, mix beef, pepper, garlic powder & form into 8 small patties. Tear four large squares of foil & place 2 patties on each.
In a large bowl, mix all vegetables. Spoon vegetables evenly over patties.
Fold foil up to make leak proof packets & place on a baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender & patties are done.
