  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium. Add onions & cook 2-3 minutes or until tender.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs & milk. Add to skillet & cook 3-4 minutes without stirring. Once edges are cooked, gently scramble eggs so that all uncooked eggs are evenly mixed in the skillet. Add beans & chiles. Cook another 2-3 minutes or until eggs are cooked through. Remove from heat.
  3. Add salsa & tortilla chips to skillet. Gently stir to combine. Do not over-mix.
  4. Serve topped with cheese & cilantro.
