Watermelon Salsa

This refreshing, healthy no-cook side dish can be prepared in 30 minutes or less.


  • 2 cups diced watermelon
  • 1 green onion, finely diced
  • 1 small purple onion, finely diced
  • 2 Tbsp minced cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1 lime, juiced


  1. In a large bowl, add watermelon, onions, cilantro & cumin. Toss to combine.
  2. Add lime juice & toss to combine.
  3. Serve immediately, or for a more intense flavor refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.


Add corn, peppers, or avocado to change up the flavor!
