  • 1 lb lean 90/10 ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 6 small red potatoes, diced
  • 1 (12 oz) bag baby carrots, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 5 ribs celery, diced


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix beef, pepper, garlic powder & form into 8 small patties. Tear four large squares of foil & place 2 patties on each.
  3. In a large bowl, mix all vegetables. Spoon vegetables evenly over patties.
  4. Fold foil up to make leak-proof packets & place on a baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender & patties are done.



You can substitute any fresh or frozen vegetable in this recipe.
