Chunky Guacamole

This easy to prepare no-cook guacamole is loaded with fresh avocados, tomatoes, and spicy jalapenos. which makes it a party favorite and a perfect complement to our Chipotle Black Bean Salsa.

Ingredients

● 4 ripe avocados, peeled & diced
● 2 medium tomatoes, diced
● 1 small white onion, diced
● 2 jalapenos, finely diced
● 2 cloves garlic, minced
● 1 cup minced fresh cilantro
● 1 lime, juiced


Preparation

1. In a large bowl add avocados. Mash thoroughly with a fork.
2. Add remaining ingredients. Mash together & mix well. Taste & adjust to your preferences.


Tips

Add chipotle pepper powder or red pepper flakes to kick up the heat!
