Watermelon Agua Fresca

This fresh, healthy blended beverage recipe is ready in a flash!


  • 2 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • fresh mint for garnish


  1. In a blender, add watermelon and blend into a thick liquid.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine watermelon juice, water & lime juice. Stir well.
  3. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or serve immediately!


During hot months, try making this recipe into popsicle form!
