Broccoli Salad

This light and easy summer salad recipe can be prepared in well under 10 minutes.


  • 1/2 cup olive oil mayonnaise

  • 1 lemon, juiced 

  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 large head broccoli, finely chopped

  • 1/2  cup dried cranberries

  • 1 red onion, finely diced

  • 3/4 cup sliced almonds


  1. In a large bowl, add mayonnaise, lemon juice, vinegar, honey & pepper. Stir to combine.

  2. Add broccoli, cranberries, onion, & almonds. Toss to combine.

  3. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.


Add chicken to increase the amount of protein!
