Fresh Tomato Herb Salad

This easy fresh tomato salad recipe can be prepared in 20 minutes or less.


  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 3 large ripe tomatoes, wedged
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic & herbs. Mix well.
  2. In a large bowl, add tomato wedges. Drizzle oil mixture over tomatoes. Toss to combine. 
  3. Top with cheese & serve immediately! 


Get creative! Try different additional fresh herbs such as rosemary, basil, or even dill.
