Minted Watermelon Salad

This mouth-watering watermelon side is the perfect way to complete any summer meal.


  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime, juiced


  1. In a medium bowl, add watermelon, cucumber & mint. Mix well.
  2. Drizzle lime juice over salad. Toss to combine
  3. Serve!
