Get Fresh, Local Produce Delivered to Campus!
The University of Oklahoma is excited to partner with the OKC Food Hub to offer fresh, locally sourced produce boxes to Norman and OU-Tulsa staff, faculty, and students starting in Spring 2026! This program would provide convenient access to seasonal fruits and vegetables while supporting local farmers.
Produce boxes would be available every other week throughout the growing season (mid-April/early May through late October/early November) at a designated pickup location on the Norman and OU-Tulsa campus. Participants would sign up in advance for the full season and pay per box upon delivery. Two box sizes would be available (small $35 and large $50), featuring a rotating selection of fresh, in-season produce. (See examples below) For vacation or work travel, up to 2 pick-ups can be missed with prior notice. The farm names that provide the products will be posted at each pick-up.
Participants would also receive recipe cards and a complimentary insulated tote bag to transport their produce*. We want your input! Please take a moment to answer a few short questions to help us shape this program.
*while supplies are available.
